Our membership fees are divided into three bands. Our membership year runs from 1st May to 30th April.

Band A

Open to play and play care groups within the Broxtowe area such as:
  • Play groups
  • Pre-school groups
  • Play schemes
  • After school clubs
  • Childminding groups
  • Carer and Toddler groups
  • Pre-school groups
  • Play schemes
  • After school clubs
  • Childminding groups

Such members are entitled to scrap, hire and bulk buy. The current membership fee for these groups is £16.00. New groups joining in January will be charged half the annual fee, currently £8.00.

Band B

Open to non-profit making voluntary groups within a one mile radius around the Broxtowe Borough area. Such members are entitled to hire facilities and bulk buy, but not to scrap. The current membership fee for such groups is £20.00. New groups joining in January will be charged half the annual fee, currently £10.00.

Band C

Open to Summer Play schemes within the Broxtowe Borough area and restricted to any one six week period in the year. The current membership fee for such groups is £13.00. Such members are entitled to scrap, hire and bulk buy.

Aiming High For Disabled Children

Broxtowe Borough Play Forum is funded by Aiming High For Disabled Children to provide free membership to qualifying families of disabled children and care providers from April 2010 to 2011. Membership allows full access to the Forums resources and scrap store and workshops specifically for AHDC. Please see opening times for exclusive AHDC opening hours.
